Around the World in 34 Days
On November 18, 2008, I will embark on yet another big trip. I have created a new, permanent blog for my travels, "Elaine's Adventures". The blog for the Cunard World Cruise still exists as a separate entity; this blog will be used until........, well, until...... On the upcoming trip, I will visit LaReese in Denver, Paul in Los Angeles (Amy will be on the QE2's final voyage to Dubai, so I will miss her). I plan to stay on the Queen Mary in Long Beach. There will be ghosts to encounter, as there were on the QE2, for we, as a family, came to the US on the Queen Mary in 1954. Paul and I plan to have dinner "onboard". I hope to visit some studios too, having never been to Hollywood! After that, I fly to New Zealand to spend 6 days on South Island. I've made plans, but they will not be divulged yet. Then on to Auckland to visit Roscoe. More plans have been made...stay tuned! Then off to Melbourne to see Gail. From there I go to Pretoria to visit the South African clan. My final leg takes me to London to meet with 3 cousins and go on the razzle: pantomime and .....?

Ai passe une partie de l'apres-midi sur la plage (un peu frais aujourd'hui pour se baigner, oui, mais ideal pour lire mon bouquin...Animal, Vegetable...j'aime beaucoup)...
