Arrived here at the Sofitel early this morning. Took a 4-hour nap and then went down to "Tea 5" where I met Jane Taylor Rahman and her brother Phil Taylor. Phil's wife, Sophie was called in to work - BBC - at the last minute and so could not join us. Jane's husband Faisel is currently in Boston and will meet up with Jonathan at some point. We had a wonderful drawn-out tea and just chatted away.

Dearest Elaine, So sorry we could not see or hear you on Sype the other night. Weather is very grey and drizzly here, today, Tuesday, March 23. Bau is his usual self and Bill is enjoying his company. By the time you read this, you'll have been to Raffles and reunited with Ross! Take photos; can't wait to read all about it.
