Last day here - how the time has flown. It is cold and clear again. We went to Lily's again for breakfast. Now, we are sitting i front of a roaring fire, each doing his/her own thing. Amy is getting hundred of kits ready for her first stint as a needlework specialist on a RC cruise to the Caribbean in March. It will be interesting to see if she enjoys it. She is an amazing needlework designer. Check her out on amybear.com or nordicneedle.com.
We are going to have an early dinner at the Proud Bird right on one of the runways at LAX. Then it's on to Auckland.

We gather you haven't spent much time in LA. It truly is a world class city with so much to do and see. We enjoy visiting it so much. Anyway you saw a lot in your few days. We could be really jealous of your trip to Santa Barbara!

ReplyDeleteYour trip thus far sounds great. Your hosts in LA took you to some pretty iconic spots in the area. I'm surprised the weather was so cool. It is really getting cool here at home. Talked via phone this evening to Jonathan who is in Buffalo. Didn't have his home address to send him "Thanks" for little surprise he sent us. Beau was found on your pillow again this morning. Don't tell his lawyer! Tomorrow Morning I'll be at Glow!! Much needed. Tomorrow night we see the gang at the Beekley's. Saturday we load up the car and then off on our big road trip on Sunday a.m. Hope your long flight to Kiwi-land is a good one. Miss you big time! Have a ball! Ciao, Bill and Julie
